IELTS Lock In là ứng dụng luyện thi IELTS do Đào Đức Minh ("chúng tôi") phát hành. Chính sách này giải thích chúng tôi thu thập dữ liệu gì, dùng để làm gì, và quyền của bạn.

Độ tuổi tối thiểu: 13. Ứng dụng dành cho người dùng từ đủ 13 tuổi trở lên và không hướng đến trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi. Chúng tôi xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân theo Luật Bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân (Luật số 91/2025/QH15) và Nghị định 356/2025/NĐ-CP của Việt Nam. Theo pháp luật Việt Nam, người dưới 16 tuổi được coi là trẻ em: với người dùng dưới 16 tuổi, việc xử lý dữ liệu cần có sự đồng ý của cha mẹ hoặc người giám hộ. Ứng dụng chỉ hiển thị quảng cáo không cá nhân hoá và không theo dõi hành vi người dùng cho mục đích quảng cáo.

1. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập

Thông tin tài khoản: Firebase uid; email Google, tên hiển thị và URL ảnh đại diện nếu Google cung cấp khi bạn đăng nhập.
Dữ liệu học tập: tiến độ bài học, điểm số, lịch sử làm bài, tiền tệ trong ứng dụng (Gold/Silver), cài đặt học tập.
Bài viết bạn nộp: khi bạn dùng tính năng chấm bài Writing bằng AI, nội dung bài viết được gửi đến nhà cung cấp AI (DeepSeek) — xử lý bên ngoài lãnh thổ Việt Nam — để chấm điểm, sau đó trả kết quả về. Bài viết không được dùng để nhận diện danh tính.
Giọng nói (Speaking): âm thanh được xử lý trực tiếp trên thiết bị bằng công cụ nhận dạng giọng nói của hệ điều hành. Chúng tôi không tải bản ghi âm lên máy chủ.
Lời nhắc bản thân (nếu bạn ghi âm): đoạn ghi âm nhắc nhở được lưu cục bộ trên thiết bị của bạn và không bao giờ được tải lên máy chủ; chúng tôi chỉ lưu thông tin là có/không có bản ghi và độ dài.
Phòng trò chuyện (Talk Room): tính năng trò chuyện thoại được vận hành qua nền tảng Discord. Khi bạn dùng tính năng này, chúng tôi liên kết tài khoản ứng dụng của bạn với tài khoản Discord của bạn (mã định danh Discord) để quản lý phòng. Nội dung trò chuyện diễn ra trên hạ tầng của Discord và chịu sự điều chỉnh của Chính sách quyền riêng tư của Discord. Chúng tôi không ghi âm hay lưu trữ nội dung cuộc trò chuyện.
Thiết bị và thông báo: FCM token, device anchor, trạng thái quyền khóa ứng dụng và tình trạng enforcement; không thu thập danh sách ứng dụng đã cài hoặc lịch sử dùng ứng dụng cho phụ huynh.
Độ tuổi và giám sát: nhóm đủ điều kiện độ tuổi/verdict 18+, liên kết phụ huynh–con và các directive do phụ huynh đặt; không cần lưu ngày sinh đầy đủ cho cổng học tập chung.
An toàn và kiểm duyệt: báo cáo, cảnh báo, ban và metadata cần thiết để chống lạm dụng.
Thanh toán: Gold, Premium, product ID, purchase token/receipt và sự kiện RTDN cần để xác minh, chống cấp trùng, xử lý hoàn tiền và kế toán.
Dữ liệu kỹ thuật: thông tin vận hành và nhật ký lỗi đã giảm thiểu dữ liệu để sửa lỗi ứng dụng.

Chúng tôi không thu thập: vị trí chính xác, danh bạ, ảnh, tin nhắn, hay bất kỳ dữ liệu nào không cần thiết cho việc học.

2. Chúng tôi dùng dữ liệu để làm gì

Cung cấp tính năng học tập, lưu tiến độ, đồng bộ giữa các thiết bị.
Chấm điểm bài viết bằng AI khi bạn yêu cầu.
Vận hành, bảo mật và sửa lỗi ứng dụng.

Chúng tôi không mua bán dữ liệu của bạn và không dùng dữ liệu của người dùng chưa thành niên cho quảng cáo cá nhân hoá.

3. Quảng cáo

Nếu ứng dụng hiển thị quảng cáo, chúng tôi dùng Google AdMob ở chế độ không cá nhân hoá: không dùng mã định danh quảng cáo để theo dõi hành vi. Người dùng Premium không thấy quảng cáo.

4. Bên thứ ba xử lý dữ liệu

Google Firebase/Google Cloud (Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Cloud Functions, FCM) — lưu trữ và xử lý tài khoản, dữ liệu học tập và thông báo. Cloud Functions chính dùng khu vực asia-southeast1; các dịch vụ Google khác có thể xử lý dữ liệu tại các khu vực do Google vận hành.
Google AdMob — hiển thị quảng cáo không cá nhân hoá (nếu có).
DeepSeek — chấm điểm bài viết Writing bằng AI (chỉ nhận nội dung bài viết, không nhận thông tin danh tính).
Discord — vận hành Talk Room. Discord có điều khoản độ tuổi riêng; IELTS Lock In áp dụng cổng nghiêm ngặt hơn: chỉ người từ đủ 18 tuổi đã xác minh mới được dùng Talk Room. Tính năng này là tuỳ chọn.

Chuyển dữ liệu ra nước ngoài. Google Firebase/Google Cloud, DeepSeek và Discord có thể xử lý dữ liệu bên ngoài lãnh thổ Việt Nam. Chúng tôi chỉ chuyển dữ liệu cần cho các mục đích nêu trên và áp dụng biện pháp bảo vệ phù hợp.

5. Người dùng chưa thành niên và quyền của cha mẹ

Độ tuổi tối thiểu để sử dụng ứng dụng là 13. Người dùng từ 13 đến dưới 18 tuổi là người chưa thành niên và nên sử dụng ứng dụng dưới sự giám sát của cha mẹ hoặc người giám hộ. Với người dùng dưới 16 tuổi (trẻ em theo pháp luật Việt Nam), chúng tôi yêu cầu sự đồng ý của cha mẹ hoặc người giám hộ trước khi xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân.

Nếu bạn là cha mẹ hoặc người giám hộ, bạn có quyền: xem dữ liệu của con, yêu cầu chỉnh sửa hoặc xoá dữ liệu, và rút lại sự đồng ý bất kỳ lúc nào. Hãy liên hệ ielts.lockin@gmail.com — chúng tôi phản hồi trong vòng 7 ngày.

6. Lưu trữ và bảo mật

Dữ liệu tài khoản và học tập được giữ khi tài khoản còn hoạt động. Khi xoá tài khoản, dữ liệu học tập cùng liên kết phụ huynh, thiết bị và Discord được tháo/xoá. Chúng tôi giữ riêng các hồ sơ backend cần thiết cho chống gian lận, an toàn cộng đồng, giới hạn lạm dụng và giao dịch, gồm khai báo độ tuổi tối thiểu, claim thiết bị của mã quà tặng, dấu mốc xoá tài khoản, báo cáo/cảnh báo/ban/block, bộ đếm chống lạm dụng, sổ cái Gold/AI và receipt/purchase token/RTDN. Các hồ sơ này không được dùng cho quảng cáo, cá nhân hoá hoặc khôi phục tài khoản và chỉ được giữ trong thời gian cần thiết cho các mục đích trên cùng nghĩa vụ pháp lý áp dụng.

7. Xoá tài khoản và dữ liệu

Bạn có thể xoá tài khoản và dữ liệu học tập bằng một trong hai cách:

Trong ứng dụng: Hồ sơ → Cài đặt → Xoá tài khoản.
Qua email: gửi yêu cầu đến ielts.lockin@gmail.com từ email đã đăng ký, tiêu đề "Xoá tài khoản". Chúng tôi xử lý trong vòng 7 ngày.

Xóa tài khoản và dữ liệu học tập. Hồ sơ chống gian lận, an toàn cộng đồng, giới hạn lạm dụng và giao dịch vẫn được lưu theo Chính sách quyền riêng tư. Sau khi xoá, tài khoản đăng nhập, tiến độ học, tiền tệ ảo và dữ liệu học tập không thể khôi phục.

8. Thay đổi chính sách

Khi chính sách thay đổi đáng kể, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo trong ứng dụng và cập nhật ngày ở đầu trang này.

Privacy Policy

IELTS Lock In is an IELTS preparation app published by Đào Đức Minh ("we"). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Minimum age: 13. The app is for users aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. We process personal data in accordance with Vietnam's Law on Personal Data Protection (Law No. 91/2025/QH15) and Decree 356/2025/NĐ-CP. Under Vietnamese law, a person under 16 is a child: for users under 16, processing requires the consent of a parent or guardian. The app serves non-personalized ads only and does not track users for advertising purposes.

1. Data we collect

Account information: Firebase uid; Google email, display name, and photo URL when provided by Google at sign-in.
Learning data: lesson progress, scores, test history, in-app currency (Gold/Silver), and study settings.
Essays you submit: when you use AI Writing scoring, your essay text is sent to our AI provider (DeepSeek) — processed outside Vietnam — for scoring only. Essays are not used to identify you.
Voice (Speaking): audio is processed on-device by the operating system's speech recognition. We do not upload voice recordings to any server.
Self-reminder (if you record one): the reminder audio is stored locally on your device and is never uploaded to a server; we only store whether a recording exists and its length.
Talk Room (voice chat): voice chat is operated through the Discord platform. When you use this feature, we link your app account to your Discord account (Discord identifier) to manage rooms. Conversations take place on Discord's infrastructure and are governed by Discord's Privacy Policy. We do not record or store conversation content.
Device and notifications: FCM token, device anchor, app-lock permission status, and enforcement health. Parents are not given installed-app lists or app-usage history.
Age and supervision: age-eligibility/18+ verdicts, parent–child links, and parent directives; the general learning gate does not need a full date of birth.
Safety and moderation: reports, warnings, bans, and metadata needed to prevent abuse.
Payments: Gold, Premium, product ID, purchase token/receipt, and RTDN events needed for verification, duplicate-grant prevention, refunds, and accounting.
Technical data: data-minimized operational information and error logs used to fix the app.

We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, messages, or any data not needed for learning.

2. How we use data

To provide learning features, save progress, and sync across devices.
To score essays with AI when you request it.
To operate, secure, and debug the app.

We do not sell data and do not use minors' data for personalized advertising.

3. Advertising

If the app shows ads, we use Google AdMob in non-personalized mode: no advertising identifiers are used for behavioral tracking. Premium users see no ads.

4. Third-party processors

Google Firebase/Google Cloud (Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Cloud Functions, FCM) — stores and processes account, learning, and notification data. Primary Cloud Functions use asia-southeast1; other Google services may process data in regions operated by Google.
Google AdMob — serves non-personalized ads (if any).
DeepSeek — AI scoring of Writing essays (receives essay text only, no identity information).
Discord — operates Talk Room. Discord has its own age terms; IELTS Lock In applies a stricter gate and permits Talk Room only for age-verified users aged 18 or over. The feature is optional.

Cross-border transfer. Google Firebase/Google Cloud, DeepSeek, and Discord may process data outside Vietnam. We transfer only data needed for the purposes above and apply appropriate safeguards.

5. Minors and parental rights

The minimum age to use the app is 13. Users aged 13 to under 18 are minors and should use the app under the supervision of a parent or guardian. For users under 16 (children under Vietnamese law), we require the consent of a parent or guardian before processing personal data.

If you are a parent or guardian, you may review your child's data, request its correction or deletion, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact ielts.lockin@gmail.com — we respond within 7 days.

6. Storage and security

Account and learning data is kept while the account is active. Deleting an account removes learning data and releases parent, device, and Discord links. We separately retain backend records needed for fraud prevention, community safety, abuse limits, and transactions, including minimum-age declarations, gift-code device claims, reports/warnings/bans/blocks, abuse counters, Gold/AI ledgers, and purchase receipts/tokens/RTDN. These records are not used for advertising, personalization, or account restoration and are kept only as long as needed for those purposes and applicable legal obligations.

7. Deleting your account and data

You can delete your account and learning data in either of two ways:

In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account.
By email: send a request to ielts.lockin@gmail.com from your registered email with the subject "Delete account". We process requests within 7 days.

Deleting the account removes the account and learning data. Fraud-prevention, community-safety, abuse-limit, and transaction records remain as described in this Privacy Policy. After deletion, the sign-in account, learning progress, virtual currency, and learning data cannot be recovered.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will notify you in the app and update the date at the top of this page.
